These terms apply to your use of this website and to any web design, SEO, branding, photography or related services provided by WebDev Wales. By engaging us, you agree to them. A separate written proposal will set out the specific scope and price for your project.
We provide website design and development, SEO and performance, Google Business Profile management, branding, e-commerce and photography. The exact deliverables, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before work begins.
Project work is quoted as a one-off fee, typically with a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion. Ongoing hosting, SEO, maintenance and support are billed monthly. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate.
On full payment, you own the final website content and design produced for you. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
We take great care in our work, but we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
